Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation of your order status upon placing an order.

Shipping Times and Costs

  • Within the USA: Delivery is estimated within 14 business days from the shipment date. Shipping within the USA is free.
  • International Shipping: Due to current global conditions and ongoing conflicts, international delivery may take longer. We estimate delivery within 21-30 business days but will strive to ensure faster shipping whenever possible.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking code, which will be emailed to you after your package has shipped. Use this code to monitor the delivery progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to take effect.

Delayed Shipments

While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen factors Such as the ONGOING WARS IN THE MIDDLE EAST AND UKRAINE WAR, such as high order volumes or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and are here to help if you have any questions.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refund requests are accepted under the following conditions:
    • Item Not Delivered: If your item has not been delivered within 30 days.
    • Within 7 Days of Delivery: If you are unsatisfied with your item, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
